Google Voice - Now Available only in US

Google introduces google voice.. It offers call forwarding , voice message, sms , call conferencing, international calls and much more features.
http://www.google.com/googlevoice/about.html site has the google voice features and usage in video format.

Up until now, if you wanted to use Google Voice, you needed to choose a new number (a "Google number"). Taking calls through your Google number allows us to offer features like call recording, call screening and getting text messages via email. But we know not everyone wants to switch to a new phone number, so it made sense for us to create a lighter version of Google Voice for people who are willing to trade some features for the ability to use their existing numbers.

But these are available now in US. If other country users try to login in google voice it shows the message that
Google Voice is currently available for GrandCentral users only.

Who are GrandCentral users?

GrandCentral Communications, a company that provides services for managing your voice communications. Google acquires GrandCentral Communications. GrandCentral becomes more available to the world by connecting the invites to Blogger. If you're in the US, you can now get a free invite to GrandCentral, the Google service that centralizes all you phone numbers and adds new features as mentioned in the google voice website.  "GrandCentral provides an innovative web-based voice communications platform that helps you manage all your phones and phone numbers through one simple interface. You get a single phone number that forwards to all of your phones, giving you one number for life."

To know about google - GrandCentral see the web page http://www.grandcentral.com/about/google
Hope google soon introduces these features in remaining countries..

start application before user logon

Start application before user logon

If you want to run an application during start up in windows xp or windows nt. you can run the application as windows services. usually we make the application to run automatically during windows start up. ie os booting. if we make the application as windows services application then the services run in the background as windows services. Other way to run the application automaticaly during login as to place the application in the start up folder.

Start application before user login by placing the the application in start-up folder.

By the placing the application in startup folder we can make the application to run automatically when we login the system.for that goto C:\Documents and Settings\username\Start Menu\Programs\startup.  where username is the login name of the system. Drawback of this method is that the application cannot start when the user login on another login and the application starts after all the OS process starts. actualy the application
starts after login but it starts automaticaly after the login we not not start the application manually.

Start the applicatoin before by making the application as windows service.

if we make the application as windows service application then the application starts during boot up automatically. It runs as the one of the services. Here you need not run the application manually. also the application starts automaticaly as one of the OS services..

Family Problems ???

Two men, one American and an Indian were sitting in a bar drinking shot after shot.

The Indian man said to the American,"You know my parents are forcing me to get married to this so called homely girl from a village whom I haven't even met once.

We call this arranged marriage.I don't want to marry a woman whom I don't love...I told them that openly and now have a hell lot of family problems."

The American said, "Talking about love marriages... I'll tell you my story.

I married a widow whom I deeply loved and dated for 3 years.

"After a couple of years, my father fell in love with my step-daughter and so my father became my son-in-law and I became my father's father-in-law.
My daughter is my mother and my wife my grandmother.

More problems occurred when I had a son. My son is my father's brother and so he is my uncle. Situations turned worse when my father had a son. Now my father's son i.e. my brother is my grandson.

Ultimately, I have become my own grand father and I am my own grandson.

And you say you have family problems.. ?  !

Job Interview - Honest HR Question-Answers

If we were to Honestly reply to all the HR Questions they would go something
like this

1. Why did you apply for this job?
I have applied for many jobs along with this and you called me now.

I have to work for some company who ever gives me a job, I don't have any
specific company in mind.

3. Why should I hire you?
You have to hire some one, you may give me a try.

4.What would you do if we hire you?
Well, it depends on my mindset but I will try to work on whatever is

the fate of company.

Girls

7.What was your worst mistake, and how did you learn from it?
Joining my earlier company and learn that I need to jump to get more money,
so I am here today!

8. What accomplishments in your last position are you most proud of?
Had I accomplished any in my last position, why do I need to change my job?
I could demand more and stay there.

9.Describe a challenge you faced and how you overcame it?
Biggest challenge is answering the question "why are you looking for a
change" and I started blabbering irrelevantly to overcome that.

For the same reason why you left your earlier job... More money

Make more money and for that keep jumping companies for every 2 yrs

13.Did you hear of our company and what do you know of us?
Yeah, I know that you will ask this, I've gone through your website

14.What is the salary expected and how do u justify that?
Well, no one will change job for the same salary, hence, give me 20% extra
than what I am getting and that is unpublished industry standard (I know you
will bargain on what ever I ask, hence, I have already hiked my current
salary by 30%).
